Colorbond® and the colour names are registered trade marks of BlueScope Steel Limited. Colours reproduced from BlueScope's published digital colour values; check your choice against a steel sample before ordering – varying light and screens affect colour tones. Availability can change and is confirmed at quote.
Screen colours are a guide – the same colour looks different in sun and shade, and against brick, render or timber. Look at the neighbouring fences, hold the chart against your house, and if you are between two colours ask for a steel offcut at the site inspection.
Both sheet profiles are available in every colour. Aluminium slat, louvre, picket and blade fencing is powder-coated to match any of these shades.
Yes. Every colour on this chart costs the same, and choosing a different colour for the frame (posts and rails) than the sheets is also no extra cost. Lattice, louvre and slat inserts can be a third colour.
BlueScope and fencing suppliers have renamed colours over the years and the fencing range uses different names from the roofing range – Grey Ridge, Slate Grey and Woodland Grey are the same colour, as are Domain and Primrose, or Night Sky, Ebony and Black. The alternative names under each swatch let you match an existing fence.
The values are BlueScope's published digital colour values for Colorbond steel (sRGB hex), so they are as exact as a screen can show. Screens, sunlight and the surrounding brick or render all change how a colour reads – we bring real steel samples to the free site measure.
Surfmist, Domain, Basalt, Woodland Grey, Monument, Night Sky. Monument is the single most chosen fence colour; Surfmist and Domain suit lighter homes; two-tone fences such as Domain sheets with a Monument frame are very common.
Colorbond fence sheeting is made in these 26 colours only. Aluminium slat, louvre, picket and blade fencing is powder-coated and can be made in any colour, including matches to these Colorbond shades.
Tell us the colour (or two) you are thinking of and we bring steel samples to the free measure.
Send us your fence length, height and a couple of photos and we come back to you with a preliminary price or arrange a free site inspection.
